Incident Management Integrations

Connect alerts to incident.io, PagerDuty, and other incident management platforms.

Sazabi can route alerts to your existing incident management tools, ensuring that production issues flow into your established workflows.

incident.io

Connect Sazabi to incident.io to automatically create incidents from alerts.

Features

  • Auto-create incidents: When an alert fires, an incident is created in incident.io
  • Severity mapping: Sazabi severity maps to incident.io severity
    • Critical → critical
    • High → major
    • Medium → minor
    • Low → (no incident created)
  • Bi-directional status sync: When you resolve in either system, both stay in sync

Low severity alerts do not create incidents in incident.io. They are tracked in Sazabi but skipped during incident creation to reduce noise.

Setup

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > incident.io.

Click Connect and authorize Sazabi to access your incident.io workspace.

Configure severity mapping if you want custom mappings.

PagerDuty

Route alerts to PagerDuty to leverage your on-call schedules and escalation policies.

Setup

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > PagerDuty.

Enter your PagerDuty routing key (from your PagerDuty service integration).

Configure which alert severities trigger PagerDuty incidents.

Rootly

Connect Sazabi to Rootly for incident management and post-mortem workflows.

Setup
