Prerequisites
Before you connect incident.io, make sure you have:
- A Sazabi account. Request access at sazabi.com
- An incident.io account with permission to create API keys.
Installation
Generate an API key in incident.io
In your incident.io dashboard, go to Settings -> API Keys and create a new API key. Copy the key value.
Connect to incident.io
Click + Add connection and enter your incident.io API key.
Configure correlation settings
Under Settings -> Integrations -> incident.io, configure how Sazabi should correlate incidents with your observability data.

Once connected, Sazabi receives real-time notifications when incidents are created, updated, or resolved in incident.io. This enables automatic correlation between incidents and your observability data.
