Team Management

Invite team members to your organization and manage their roles and permissions.

Manage your team by inviting members, assigning roles, and controlling access to your Sazabi organization.

Inviting members

Go to Team settings

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then click Team.

Click Invite member

Click the Invite member button to open the invitation form.

Enter email address

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Select role

Choose a role for the new member:

  • Admin: Full access to all organization settings, billing, and integrations.
  • Member: Access to projects, threads, and alerts, but no access to organization-level settings.

Send invitation

Click Send invitation. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization.

Roles and permissions

Roles determine what actions a team member can perform within your organization.

All members can view and interact with threads and alerts. Administrative tasks like managing integrations, billing, and team membership require the Admin role.

Removing members

Go to Team settings

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then click Team.

Find the member

Locate the team member you want to remove in the list.

Open the menu

Click the menu icon (...) next to the member's name.

Remove from organization

Select Remove from organization and confirm the action.

Removing a member revokes their access immediately. They will no longer be able to view projects, threads, or alerts in your organization.

Pending invitations

Manage invitations that have not yet been accepted.

  • View pending invites: Go to Settings > Team to see all pending invitations.
  • Resend invitation: Click the menu icon (...) next to a pending invite and select Resend to send a new invitation email.
  • Cancel invitation: Click the menu icon (...) and select Cancel to revoke an unaccepted invitation.

Invitations expire after 48 hours. If an invitation expires, you need to send a new one.

Changing roles

To change a team member's role:

Go to Team settings

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then click Team.

Open the member menu

Click the menu icon (...) next to the team member's name.

Change role

Select Change role and choose the new role (Admin or Member).

Transferring ownership

Organization ownership cannot be transferred through the dashboard. If you need to transfer ownership of an organization to another member, contact support at support@sazabi.ai.
