Email Delivery

Configure email notifications for alert delivery.

Sazabi delivers alert notifications directly to your inbox via email. This channel is configured per-user, allowing each team member to customize how they receive alerts.

What you receive

Each email notification includes:

  • Alert name and severity
  • Full alert details (what happened, why, how to fix)
  • Direct link to the alert thread in Sazabi

Configuration

You can configure email delivery preferences including minimum severity. For example, you might choose to only receive emails for high and critical alerts.

Configuring preferences

Open notification settings

Navigate to Settings > Notifications in the Sazabi dashboard.

Enable email delivery

Toggle email notifications on for your account.

Set minimum severity

Select the minimum severity level that triggers an email notification. For example, you might set it to Medium and above.

Save preferences

Click Save to apply your notification preferences.

Per-project settings

You can configure different notification settings for each project:

  • Override team defaults for specific projects
  • Silence notifications for development or staging projects
  • Set higher thresholds for projects with more noise

Project-level settings take precedence over your default preferences.
