Searching History
Search and analyze historical alerts for patterns and insights.
Sazabi maintains a complete history of all alerts, including resolved ones. Use the history search to find past alerts, identify patterns, and analyze your incident trends.
Search by name
Find alerts by searching their names:
- Partial matching: Search for "checkout" to find "Checkout errors elevated"
- Case-insensitive: Searches match regardless of capitalization
- Instant results: Results filter as you type
Enter your search term in the filter box at the top of the alert inbox.
Filter by status
Use the status tabs to filter alerts:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Open | Active alerts needing attention |
| Resolved | Alerts that have been fixed |
| All | Both open and resolved alerts |
When searching history, switch to All or Resolved to include past alerts in your results.
Filter by severity
Filter alerts by one or more severity levels:
- Critical: Highest priority issues
- High: Urgent issues
- Medium: Standard issues
- Low: Minor issues
You can select multiple severities to view a combination, such as all Critical and High alerts.
Time-based queries
Narrow your search to specific time periods:
Preset ranges
Quick access to common time windows:
- Last 24 hours: Recent alerts
- Last 7 days: Past week
- Last 30 days: Past month
Custom date range
For specific periods, use the date range picker to select:
- Start date and time
- End date and time
This is useful for analyzing incidents that occurred during a known timeframe.
