Viewing Alerts

Navigate the alert inbox and view alert details in Sazabi.

The Sazabi dashboard provides a centralized inbox for managing all your alerts. From here you can view, filter, and take action on alerts across all your projects.

Alert inbox

The alert inbox is your primary view for managing active issues. Navigate to Dashboard > Alerts to see all alerts across your projects.

Inbox features

  • Project filter: View alerts for a specific project or all projects
  • Status tabs: Switch between Open and Resolved alerts
  • Sort options: Order by date, severity, or project
  • Search: Find specific alerts by name

Alert detail view

Click any alert to open its detail view. The detail view shows:

Alert card

The full alert card displays all information Chat captured:

  • Alert name: The title of the detected issue
  • Severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low
  • What happened: Description of the issue
  • Why it happened: Root cause analysis
  • How to fix: Suggested remediation steps

History toggle

Click History to see the full event timeline for this alert, including when it was created, muted, resolved, and by whom.

Every alert is created within a thread. Click the thread link to see the original investigation context and continue the conversation.

Actions

From the detail view you can:

  • Resolve: Mark the alert as fixed
  • Mute: Suppress future notifications
  • Open thread: Continue investigation with Chat

Alert threads

Each alert is associated with a thread where Chat conducted its investigation. This provides:

  • Full context about how the issue was discovered
  • Log queries and analysis the assistant performed
  • Ability to ask follow-up questions
  • Continuation of the investigation if needed

Click the thread link on any alert card to jump directly to that conversation.

Filtering and sorting

The inbox provides several ways to find the alerts you need:

Combining filters

You can combine multiple filters to narrow down your view. For example:

  • All open critical alerts from the last 24 hours
  • Resolved high-severity alerts for the Production API project
  • All alerts from the last 7 days
